SRVM Application Form - INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Passport size photo of the student.(Supported file type: jpeg/png etc., Size of files to be less than 1 Mb)
  2. SSLC/10th Mark sheet. (Provisional marks card also allowed) (Supported file type: pdf/jpeg/png etc., Size of files to be less than 2 Mb)
  1. Keep the above documents ready for uploading.
  2. Click on Online Admission Form button.
  3. Fill all the necessary details.
  4. Upload the required documents and click on submit.
  5. You will receive a confirmation mail to the e-mail provided with the details entered.
